Mode of use

We recommend shortening the wick to 5 mm each time to enjoy a clean burn. If you notice the flame flickering and smoke, put it out. Check that she is not in a room where there are drafts that could disturb her. Shorten the fuse and light it again. The wick can be shortened either with your fingers or with special scissors.

Keep in mind that frequent walking of the candle can cause the wick to lean to one side, so the wax won't melt on the opposite side. The wick can be straightened with the help of a spoon tail or any other metal object.

We want you to enjoy the FOGVELI candle as much as possible, so we encourage you to extinguish it every time the melted wax reaches the edges of the container. It can be re-ignited as soon as it has hardened in place. Don't worry! The candle will continue to emit fragrance even when the flame is extinguished.

You can extinguish the candle with the lid or a saucer. The flame will no longer burn in the absence of oxygen. We do not recommend blowing into it, as there is a risk of the melted wax splattering the walls of the container.
